delivery information
- The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on availability.
- About 80% of the products are delivered from stock within 2 to 3 days. The exact delivery time depends on the country off delivery
- We ship worldwide, Europe is included in the webshop. For other countries just sent us a mail.
- For the larger and/or cut to size sheets, the delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days.
- If you need something urgently, please report this on your order or call to be sure before ordering.
- If something is no longer in stock, you will be informed by email of the fastest possible delivery date.
Returns
If you want to return an item, you can. Returns are possible up to 14 days after the delivery date. All standard products can be returned, provided they are undamaged. Products that are specially made for you cannot be returned.
The return procedure is as follows:
- Send us an email with the order number and what you want to return.
- We will send you a return sticker by e-mail that you can stick on the package and then drop it off at the nearest DPD/PostNL point.
- As soon as the return has been received by us, we will check the product and transfer the amount of the returned item and the shipping costs to you within 3 working days.
- We will settle the costs for the return with the refund. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment (IDEAL, PayPal, etc..).
